Hiring the right candidate: Our interactive kiosk can allow you to "see" a prospective employee at work. The kiosk gives you a permanent copy (on a DVD) of the candidate's responses to everyday correctional situations. This will allow you to gauge their response and determine if they have the aptitudes necessary to function as a Corrections officer within your agency/ department
Training the recruits you have selected: We have an extensive library of "how to" videos for basic recruit training and as a refresher for those already employed. Also, the scenarios of common occurences within a correctional facility could be reviewed, in a question and answer method, getting new hires in the frame of mind to think of solutions to commonly encountered issues. Promoting the right candidate: Similar to the new hire series is the promotional series, there are 2 versions, one for first line supervisors and one for second line supervisors. They are presented with common issues supervisors have to handle in the performance of their duties.
In service: Review and reinforcement of common issues such as PREA, report writing and any other subject which your agency is focusing on.
